Summer has arrived - the first sighting of the swallow was seen by Anna's dad on the farm  21st April am . The cuckoo was heard on the 2nd May around 2pm

Going to eat at the White Swan in Ampleforth, one of North Yorkshire best eating places, Robert Thompson  well known chef now has  Wass Grange lamb  on the menu. Whole or half lambs can be ordered and will be ready for you to take home after your stay .
